What routines should you follow to age well?

Here is a list of my top practices for aging healthily that is based on science.

1. Consistently wear sunscreen and reapply it throughout the day. The first step in aging properly is to take this action! 5. Use anti-aging skincare products that are science-based. Excellent anti-aging substances include vitamin C, niacinamide, retinol, and others that have been utilized for a very long period. They differ from other trendy ingredients that are just fads in that they have a ton of proof to support their claims. I would advise you to choose serums rather than creams or toners because of the high concentrations of active components in them.
