What routines should you follow to age well?
Here is a list of my top practices for
aging healthily that is based on science.
1. Consistently wear sunscreen and
reapply it throughout the day. The first step in aging properly is to take this
action! About 90% of the obvious indications of aging, such as wrinkles and
discolorations, are caused by the sun. Additionally, I'll add that exposure to

4. Take good care of your skin. The skin
around your eyes is softer and more fragile than the rest of your face, which
is why the first wrinkles tend to form there. As you remove your makeup or wash
your face in the morning, be careful not to scrub your eyes too vigorously. You
only have one piece of skin, so treat it gently!
5. Use anti-aging skincare products that
are science-based. Excellent anti-aging substances include vitamin C,
niacinamide, retinol, and others that have been utilized for a very long
period. They differ from other trendy ingredients that are just fads in that
they have a ton of proof to support their claims. I would advise you to choose
serums rather than creams or toners because of the high concentrations of
active components in them.
6. Keep hazardous substances at bay.
Although it seems obvious, I felt compelled to state it. The worst that can
happen from smoking, drinking, or using illegal narcotics is that they can ruin
your skin. I smoked for a long time, and giving it up was one of the best
things I've ever done. I can't change the fact that I harmed my body for a very

8. Do your utmost to control your
tension. We will age more quickly the more stressed out we are. Although stress
cannot be completely avoided, it can at least be tried to be reduced. Cut off
interaction with dangerous individuals or surroundings. I am aware that it is
difficult since I have experienced it. It requires time. Dealing with my
ex-partner, a narcissist, was a regular stressor. At the time, I suffered back
ache for no apparent reason, and my skin was continuously irritated. I no
